USES AND BENEFITS OF PEPPERMINT OIL

FOR PAIN RELIEF
It can be applied topically (diluted in a carrier oil) on the affected area to get instant relief from muscle pain and headaches as it has a cooling and soothing effect.

It increases the blood circulation in the scalp which helps in hair regrowth. It also hydrates the dry scalp and helps reduce dandruff.

Mix 2 drops of peppermint essential oil with coconut oil or jojoba oil, massage it into your scalp, leave on for 2-3 hours or overnight and then rinse thoroughly with a mild shampoo and conditioner leaving shiny and strong hair.

Studies show that simply inhaling peppermint oil can improve memory and alertness. Put a few drops of peppermint oil into a diffuser in times you need to concentrate and stay alert. Add a few drops of lemon oil if you’d like to add a citrusy touch.
